Placing a pre-order or backorder
When placing a pre-order, you can choose to pay 30% of the amount upfront or pay the full amount at once. You can also select a payment plan of 3 or 6 months.
For a backorder, a 30% deposit is required each time, with the remainder due upon delivery.
Payment and Confirmation
After placing the pre-order, you will receive a payment email. Once we have received your payment, we will order the item you selected from our supplier. Please note: the pre-order is final upon receipt of payment, and the deposit is non-refundable in case of cancellation.
Payment options
- Option 1: Full payment on delivery: When the item arrives, you pay the remaining amount.
- Option 2: Savings option: Choose to pay in installments. For an item costing β¬499, for example, you first pay β¬99.80. Then, for 8 months, you will receive a payment email each month to pay β¬49.90. Please note that we only ship after receiving full payment. This is not credit.
Final Order
Pre-orders are final after payment of the deposit. Your order is then secure and guaranteed. We hold your items in stock for up to 90 days after delivery. For Limited Edition products, there is a 14-day reflection period starting from the moment the deposit is paid. If you cancel within this period, the paid deposit remains the property of the seller.
Delay due to the supplier
FANS is not responsible for any delays from the supplier. Sometimes the release may be postponed if the supplier is not satisfied with the product. In that case, we will try to inform you as soon as possible. If the pre-order is ultimately not produced, you will receive your deposit back or you can choose another product of equal value to the amount already paid.
