How does a pre-order work?

  • Placing a pre-order
    When placing a pre-order, you can choose to pay 30% of the amount upfront or pay the full amount at once.

  • Payment and confirmation
    After placing your pre-order, you will receive a payment confirmation email. Once we have received your payment, we will place the order with our supplier for the selected item. Please note: the pre-order becomes final after receiving the payment, and the deposit is non-refundable in case of cancellation.

  • Payment options

    • Option 1: Full payment upon delivery: When the item arrives, you will pay the remaining balance.
    • Option 2: Installment option: You can choose to pay in installments. For example, for an item priced at €499, you first pay €99.80 and then receive a monthly payment reminder of €49.90 for the next 8 months.
  • Final order
    Pre-orders are final after the deposit has been paid. Your order is safe and secure. We keep your items in stock for up to 90 days after delivery. For Limited Edition items, there is a 14-day cooling-off period starting from the deposit payment. If you cancel within this period, the deposit remains with the seller.

  • Supplier delays
    FANS is not responsible for any delays from the supplier. Sometimes the supplier may postpone the release if they are not satisfied with the product. We will inform you as soon as possible if there are any delays. If the pre-order is canceled by the supplier, you will receive a refund of the deposit or have the option to choose another item of equivalent value to the amount already paid.

  • Disputes and complaints
    Do you have a complaint? Please contact us by email at info@fanssite.be. If this does not resolve the issue, you can submit your dispute to WebwinkelKeur. Since February 15, 2016, consumers in the EU can also submit complaints via the European Commission's ODR platform. This platform can be found at http://ec.europa.eu/odr.
